As a Club Manager, you are the catalyst, setting the vision, inspiring your team, and leading your club to sustained success.
You'll bring together people‐leadership, commercial insight and operational excellence to shape a club that performs strongly and grows with purpose.

You'll build a team, grow a community, and help thousands of people become healthier, stronger, and more confident.Key Responsibilities:Management of sales budgets and analysis to determine proactive strategies for improvementProactive contribution to your club's sales targetsManagement of your club's projected and actual Profit and Loss levelsLeading in the delivery of exceptional member experiences and the successful resolution of member concernsRecruitment,



training and retention of staff membersConduct weekly 1:1 and team meetings with departmental leadersAnnual performance appraisalsTo be successful in this role you will need:Leadership experience managing a sales team with 5+ direct/indirect reports in a high volume and rapid paced environment.
Ideally within the fitness industryStrong stakeholder management with exceptional verbal, written and time management skillsExperience in managing budgets and monitoring & reporting on P&LAbility; to engage and inspire a diverse team across club operationsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsWhat we can offer you:A career in the fitness industry is a career like no other.
