About the role
This role provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Operations Manager, Medical Workforce Unit, and senior medical staff. Key responsibilities include managing diaries, meetings, agendas, minutes, correspondence, presentations, invoices, expense claims, stakeholder enquiries, and administrative processes. The position also coordinates seminars, workshops, briefing materials, and supports projects while maintaining a professional and customer-focused environment.
The role has significant responsibility for supporting the medical workforce, including coordinating senior medical staff recruitment and accreditation processes, managing interview schedules,
preparing employment documentation, overseeing surgical and orthopaedic on-call rosters, processing annual leave requests and Fee-for-Service payments, and arranging staff ID badges and parking access.
In addition, the position supports junior medical staff through orientation activities, intern training, and updating the HMO Handbook. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder engagement, organisational skills, and a commitment to continuous professional development while contributing positively to the broader Operations Team.
About you
Proven ability in a similar environment where highly developed organisational skills are required as well as proficiency in a wide range of administrative support skills.
