MAARS is partnering with a highly respected independent media agency to appoint a Head of Digital for their growing Sydney operation.
This isn't a replacement hire. It's a newly created leadership role designed to elevate the agency's digital capability, challenge the status quo, and help build the next phase of growth.
You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with an outstanding Head of Investment, while also partnering directly with the CEO as the agency's senior digital authority. Whether it's reviewing trading strategy, improving operational efficiency, evolving the tech stack or sitting in front of clients as the technical expert, your opinion will genuinely shape the business.
You'll inherit a capable team of five and have the autonomy to improve processes, introduce smarter technology, refine trading practices and build a market-leading digital product.
