We're looking for an outstanding person to join our Sydney office. This full-time role takes ownership of the new business proposal process ensuring high-quality submissions while overseeing the firm's internal and external communications. The successful candidate will liaise with colleagues across the country and help leaders communicate with future and current clients with clarity.

About the role
Manage the firm's responses to competitive tenders and new business opportunities, including researching, writing, designing and editing proposals
Manage the development of quality marketing collateral, including credentials documents and presentations
Support senior colleagues with their own deliverables by maintaining key brand assets




Manage internal and external communications including the firm's suite of client only newsletters and publications
Oversee firm marketing initiatives across online and offline activities
About you
GRACosway's team members come from different professional backgrounds and offer a mix of skills and strengths. Our ideal candidate for this role will have:
5+ years' experience in proposal or bid management and coordination, ideally within a professional services environment
Excellent communication skills and experience proofreading and editing
Superior project management skills and experience managing diverse workflows
Experience using AI tools and a solid interest in furthering the organisation's capabilities
Strong digital familiarity including with social media and website posting, SEO, and CRM and project management software.
This position will be based out of 6-10 O'Connell Street, Sydney.
