Whatyou'llbe doing as a Graduate EN:
Delivering safe nursing care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse
Monitoring and documenting patient progress
Assistingwith medications and treatments within scope of practice
Supporting patient recovery and rehabilitation
Educating and supporting patients and families
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Contributing to a positive patient experience
Whatwe'relooking for & to be eligible,you'llneed:
Evidence of Australian working rights
Completion of an Enrolled Nursing qualification after 1 June ****, or expected completion before 17 January ****
Availability for a minimum of 30 hours per week on a rotating roster, including AM, PM, nights,weekendsand public holidays
