Skillinvest is seeking an experienced Road Worker for a position with one of Victoria's leading providers in road maintenance, construction and civil works.
Based in Warracknabeal, you'll be part of a supportive and dynamic crew, working outdoors and operating a range of tools and machinery to help maintain our road networks.
Key Responsibilities:
General Labouring
Compacting, leveling, and spreading of materials
Routine road maintenance and emergency response
Truck driving and obstruction removal
Use of power tools and machinery
Essential requirements:
Construction Induction White Card
Medium Rigid (MR) Truck Licence
Traffic Management Certificates (TC1/2 & TMI1/2 at minimum)
Demonstrated experience in road or civil works
Physically fit and capable of manual labour




Available for after-hours emergency call-outs
Advantageous skills & experience:
Plant Operator Certificate
Current First Aid Certificate
Chainsaw and Polesaw Training
Successful candidates will be required to undertake pre-employment checks including a Medical Assessment, Drug and Alcohol Screening, Police Check and Driver History Check.
