About The Role
We are seeking a results-driven Parts Manager for a fixed-term contract at our Doncaster Volvo dealership.
This role is ideal for a strategic and motivated professional with a proven track record in parts sales, team leadership, and customer relationship management. You will lead our parts team, overseeing all aspects of parts operations to drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Please note, due to the size of Autosports Group and our extensive network of brands and dealerships, there may be future opportunities for permanent positions within the group at the conclusion of this contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop the parts team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Develop and execute strategies to drive parts sales and profitability
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners
Monitor sales performance metrics and implement initiatives to improve results
Ensure outstanding customer service in all parts sales interactions
Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to maximise dealership visibility and reach
Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations
About You
Proven experience in parts sales and management within a dealership environment
Strong leadership and team development skills with a focus on coaching and mentoring
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
Commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and drive profitability
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
A proactive and results-oriented approach
