We are currently seeking experienced Leading Hand HD Fitters to join our WA operations.
In this hands-on leadership role, you'll lead maintenance crews, coordinate daily workloads, and ensure our underground mining fleet operates safely, reliably, and efficiently.
Working on a modern fleet of underground equipment, you'll play a key role in driving equipment availability while mentoring and supporting your team.

What You'll Bring
Heavy Diesel Trade Qualification - (Australian recognised)
Current S26 Certification
Current Manual Driver's Licence
Unrestricted Australian working rights
Previous Leading Hand or supervisory experience (Highly regarded)
Underground mobile equipment maintenance experience (Preferred)
Ability to successfully complete a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening
Willingness to obtain or provide a current National Police Clearance
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Safety-focused with a team-oriented mindset
