We specialise in offering a comprehensive range steel reinforcement products, steel accessories, construction chemicals, machinery, and tools to cater to the concrete and construction industry.
Our customer base extends beyond builders and concreters, as we also serve local councils, mining sites, and large commercial developments.

About the RoleWe are ideally looking for a candidate with some experience working with trades or tools or hardware, any kind of industry experience would be beneficial.
Sales / Customer Service:-Provide advice to our customers -Greet customers as they enter our showroom- Answer phones- Enter sales and quotes through our POS- Keep the showroom tidy and adequately stocked-Spend time learning about the tools, machinery and construction chemicals that we stock so that you can give customers service and advice.
Support to Other Staff:
Previous experience in administration would be highly preferred, as our current staff require assistance with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the business, including end-of-day procedures and banking.
Proficiency in using cloud-based computer systems for point-of-sale (POS)
and inventory management is highly valued.
Moreover, the ability to effectively utilise Excel for inventory forecasting and management is considered an beneficial requirement for this role.
The candidate should possess strong computer skills to excel in this position.

Skills and experience
The candidate MUST:
Be experienced and competent with a computer.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Have the ability to learn to use our Inventory Management / Sales software (Cin7- on the job training will be provided).
Have an ability to receive instructions as well as give them in a team like manner.
Good communication skills.
Communication with other team members, suppliers and customers is a huge element of the role.
Experience preferred but not essential:
Trade experience would be ideal - either "on the tools" experience or retail / office based experience.
Previous warehouse / logistics experience.
Forklift licence (not essential)
Drivers licence.
HOURS:Monday - Friday 7am - 4pmSaturday 8am - 11am (Saturday is on a rotational rostered basis, approx. 1 Saturday shift / month)
