The RoleCasual Plant Operator / Truck Driver
Stabilfix Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Operator/Truck Driver to join our team working across various sites in NSW.
A willingness and capacity to travel and be away from home, at times on a weekly basis, dependant on site location.
What you'll be doing
Safely operating Caterpillar RM500 and Wirtgen Soil Stabilisers and Lime Spreader Truck
Driving trucks to transport equipment, and personnel to and from job sites
Conduct pre-starts and routine maintenance and inspections on assigned vehicles and machinery
Complying with all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe work workplace
Collaborating with the construction team to identify and address any operational issues
What we're looking for




Proven experience as a plant operator and truck driver in the construction industry
Valid Heavy Rigid (HR) driver's licence (minimum) and a current White Card for the operation of relevant plant equipment
Strong mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with the construction crew
Strong commitment to safe work practices, productivity and quality workmanship

Benefits:
