THE ROLEAs a Transport Refrigeration Technician, Mechanic or Supervisor, your role may include:
Servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance
Workshop and onsite repairs
Transport refrigeration diagnostics and fault-finding
Breakdown response
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
Refrigeration and air conditioning repairs
Servicing equipment across all major transport refrigeration brands
Repairs and maintenance of insulated truck bodies
Installation and commissioning of new refrigeration units
Construction and fit-out of new refrigerated transport solutions
Customer service and onsite customer support
Completing service reports and job documentation
Every day is different — and you'll be working on equipment where your technical skills genuinely make a difference.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Experienced Transport Refrigeration TechniciansIf you already have transport refrigeration experience, we'd love to hear from you.
Diesel / Automotive MechanicsIf you're a qualified mechanic looking for a specialised career path, we can provide the refrigeration training and support to help you make the transition.




Refrigeration & Air Conditioning TechniciansYour refrigeration and electrical experience can be an excellent fit for our transport refrigeration environment.
Supervisors / Senior TechniciansIf you're ready to take the next step and lead a team while remaining technically involved, we'd like to talk.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSIdeally, you'll have some or all of the following:
Transport refrigeration experience
Refrigeration & Air Conditioning qualifications
Diesel or automotive mechanical qualifications
ARC Refrigerant Handling Licence
MR or HR Driver Licence
Forklift Licence
Electrical fault-finding experience
Solid mechanical and diagnostic skills
