Join a respected, growing mechanical business and take on a key front-of-house role supporting our workshop operations.
We're seeking experienced Service Advisors to be the first point of contact for our customers and team.
This is a FIFO 2:1 role ex Perth, with local applications also encouraged.
About the Role
In this hands-on and varied position, you will:
Manage vehicle bookings and schedule daily workflows
Prepare quotes and manage job approvals
Coordinate stock and parts requirements
Communicate clearly between customers and technicians
Support workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction
About You
You're a confident communicator with strong organisational skills and a solid understanding of mechanical operations.
You enjoy working in a busy,



customer-facing environment and take pride in your presentation and professionalism.
To be successful, you'll need:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar mechanical role
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Robust attention to detail and time management
A mechanical background or solid understanding of mechanical processes
Referees from a similar or previous role (required with application)
