About the Role
Summit Realty Waikiki is seeking a dedicated and people-focused Property Manager to manage a residential property portfolio and deliver a high standard of service to owners and tenants.
This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of residential properties, ensuring they are well maintained, compliant with WA tenancy legislation, and managed in line with agency procedures and best practice.
You will be the main point of contact for owners, tenants, and contractors, handling communication, maintenance, inspections, leasing matters, and compliance with professionalism and care.
Success in this role comes from solid communication, organisation, and a proactive approach.
You'll be supported by a collaborative team and clear processes, allowing you to focus on delivering positive outcomes, protecting owner assets, and creating stable, well-managed tenancies.
About You
You're an organised and professional Property Manager who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.
You communicate clearly, manage your time effectively, and approach challenges with a calm, solutions-focused mindset.
This role requires a current WA Property Manager's Registration Certificate.
Strong knowledge of WA tenancy legislation and property management systems is highly regarded, alongside a positive attitude, professional approach, clear communication skills, and a desire to continue learning and developing.
The successful applicant must have a current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
You're comfortable managing multiple priorities, value compliance and attention to detail, and enjoy working as part of a supportive team where collaboration and professionalism are key.
