Geophysical Field Technicians
We are looking for Geophysical Field Technicians to join our geophysical survey business.
The role typically involves ground geophysical acquisition in two person teams, sometimes two or more crews, using light vehicles, off Road buggies and on foot throughout outback Australia.
Surveys are ideally conducted from organised accommodation, exploration camps, caravans and sometimes tent campaigns.
Typical rosters are 3-4 weeks on, one week off.
Required for the role;
'C' driver's licence
Fit and solid - able to walk *****km with equipment and water
Ability to pass - Drug and Alcohol Testing
Ability to pass – Medical and Physical
National Police Clearance
Ability to travel interstate and internationally at times.

Working in outback, off grid conditions

Responsibility
Desirable skills, however not essential, include;
Prior exploration experience
4WD certificate and experience
ATV/UTV certificate and experience
Experience towing trailers
Fire extinguisher training
MR/HR Licence
Understanding of GPS use
Mechanical, Electrical and Technical experience
