Complete Reo is a steel merchant as well as a retail business that supplies directly to builders, concreters and civil / commercial projects.
ROLE OBJECTIVE:
The ultimate objective of the staff in the warehouse / truck drivers is to work together to get orders out to customers on time, every time.
Make our customers happy with exceptional service.
Achieve the above objectives while keeping safety in mind.

Medium Rigid or Heavy Rigid truck licence
Hiab crane experience (beneficial but not essential as we have in house training available for this)
Forklift licence, requirement that the successful candidate gets the forklift licence within 3 months of starting.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Truck Driving
Load vehicles with accuracy to prevent re-delivery.
Optimise efficiency by pre-planning the most direct or efficient route.
Load similar location loads together for increased efficiency.
Arrive to each location on time, call the delivery contact if you are running late or require more specific delivery instructions.
Follow road rules at all times including vehicle inspections and speed limits.
Skilled and friendly interactions with customers.
If there is someone onsite, greet them and ask them where they'd like the load placed.
Optimise your time on site by using the hiab to unload.
Use the hiab effectively by referring to the weight capacity diagram.
Perform deliveries in reasonable time frames while maintaining safe conduct at all times.
As often as possible have the trucks refueled in the afternoons so that they are ready for the morning deliveries.
Keep the vehicles clean and tidy.
When time permits clean the vehicles during any downtime though the week, quiet days (rain days) or Saturday mornings.
Report any maintenance issues to the warehouse manager.
Warehouse Duties:
This job is predominantly a truck driving position, however, some days there will be warehouse work between deliveries.
Generally working as a team, if another team member needs some assistance in their area, lend a hand.
Steel Processing
Generally assisting with keeping the warehouse tidy which includes picking up rubbish, emptying bins, sweeping and unpacking stock.
Accepting direction from the Warehouse Manager, as well as having the ability and initiative to problem solve and think for yourself.
Perform all set tasks with safety in mind.A candidate with some welding experience would be great, as we do some occasional welding from time to time.

Remuneration:
The hourly rate is above the award and can be discussed during the interview, overtime is paid at the correct rates.
Paid overtime is frequently available to our employees.
