Savage Motorcycles & Harley-Heaven Perth is seeking a friendly, organised and detail-oriented administrator to join our team.
This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who enjoys creating positive experiences for customers, supporting a busy team and ensuring important administrative processes are completed accurately and on time.
Working across both our Savage Motorcycles and Harley-Heaven operations, you will play an important role in supporting the dealership while taking the lead on vehicle registration administration and Department of Transport (DOT) processing.
Whether you have previous dealership experience or come from a strong administration, reception or customer service background, we would love to hear from you.
About the Role This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday.
In this varied and rewarding role, you will: Manage vehicle registration documentation and Department of Transport processes.
Ensure customer paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
Welcome customers and assist with enquiries both in person and over the phone.
Support the sales and administration teams with day-to-day dealership operations.
Reconcile daily banking and credit card transactions.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Help create a positive and professional experience for every customer.
What We Are Looking For
You may be an experienced administrator,



receptionist or customer service professional who enjoys being organised and supporting others.
Ideally, you will bring: Previous administration, reception or customer service experience.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Confidence using a variety of computer systems.
A professional and friendly communication style.
The ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
Experience in automotive, motorcycle or dealership administration (highly regarded but not essential).
