We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Accounts Clerk/Bookkeeper to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.
Job Description:
The Accounts Clerk/Bookkeeper will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and senior management.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts:
Process and maintain accurate Accounts Payable and Receivable
Cash Flow management and account reconciliations
Prepare BAS
Complete cash flow and project-based reports
Payroll and HR Administration
Process weekly payroll including Super
Administration of EBA and industry entitlements
Assist with onboarding new employees
General:




Assisting management with day-to-day business operations
Job cost tracking and reporting
Assisting with tendering projects
About You
Proven experience as an accounts clerk, bookkeeper or similar role
Sound understanding of payroll, leave entitlements and EBA conditions
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with Reckon Accounts Hosted/ Xero preferred
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Adaptable, positive and hardworking attitude
Construction background preferred but not essential
