About the ServiceAs an Enrolled Nurse in the Nurse Bank at Goulburn Base Hospital, you will provide nursing support across a variety of clinical areas, delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centred care while gaining exposure to different specialties and teams.
The Nurse Bank provides an excellent opportunity to broaden your clinical experience, develop adaptability, and build relationships across the hospital.
Based on your skills, experience, interests and clinical capabilities, there may be an opportunity to be matched to a suitable ward or clinical area prior to commencement.
Working across diverse ward environments will also provide opportunities to further develop your skills and identify areas that align with your professional interests and career goals, with the potential to transition into a position within a suitable ward as opportunities arise.

What you'll be doing
The Enrolled Nurse works under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse, to provide person-centered care, in collaboration with individual/s and the multidisciplinary health care team to achieve people focused quality care.
Selection Criteria
Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse with evidence of recent clinical experience and skills in relation to the position, and a strong commitment to maintaining professional competence.
Demonstrated effective professional verbal and written communication within a diverse multidisciplinary team.
