Disability Support Worker (Male & Female) – Sunshine Coast | Part-time to Full-time PathwayProCare Solution (Registered NDIS Provider) is hiring one male and one female Disability Support Worker to support a male participant living with Parkinson's disease on the Sunshine Coast.
These roles start casual ****** hours per week) as a secure role for the same time and hours each week.

About the roleYou will provide person-centred support, including:
• Personal care and daily living assistance (as required and per support plan)• Mobility support and safe transfers• Community access and transport to appointments/activities• Meal preparation and light household tasks• Accurate progress notes and documentation• Working within NDIS Practice Standards and ProCare policies
Your first placement will involve supporting a participant with Parkinson's disease, with opportunities to work with additional participants as hours increase.
Essential requirementsTo be considered, you must have:




✔ Certificate III or IV in Disability / Individual Support / Community Services (or actively studying – proof required)✔ Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or Ability to obtain immediately)✔ First Aid + CPR✔ Driver's licence and reliable vehicle✔ Comprehensive vehicle insurance✔ Robust communication skills and professional boundaries✔ Ability to follow support plans and document clearly
Highly regarded:
• Experience with Parkinson's, neurological conditions, or mobility support• Manual handling experience• Medication assistance experience (where delegated and within scope)
