Key Responsibilities:
Manage and take ownership of your own portfolio!
Participate in the full spectrum of property management tasks, including ongoing management, repairs, maintenance, arrears management, lease renewals, entry and exit reports, and routine inspections.
Actively identifying areas for improvement, and implementing positive changes to enhance team performance, efficiency, and overall property management operations.
Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements.
About You:
Passionate about Property Management and Customer Service.
Hold a current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate.
Hold a current QLD Driver's Licence.
Possess a can-do attitude and a strong problem-solving ability.
Pride yourself on delivering quality and timely service.
