We are currently seeking a candidate with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role for our warehouse in Malaga.
About the Role
Reporting to the National Warehouse Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
All aspects of working within a warehouse including the efficient receipt, storage and despatch of a wide variety of products with your team
Co-ordinating tasks to achieve daily KPI's and deadlines
Providing strong leadership, guidance and training as required
Adhering to global SAP processes (SAP experience would be advantageous)
Understanding the importance of Work Health and Safety (WHS) as well as company procedures, policies and vision
All Inventory, Plant, Equipment and Consumables
Other duties as required
What You'll Bring
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate thorough attention to detail in all aspects of the role and be capable of the following:
Ability to supervise, develop and lead a team of 10+ warehouse personnel
Be an enthusiastic and dynamic team player with a hands-on approach
Ability to manage workload, multi-task and meet required deadlines unsupervised
Working with ERP / WMS / RF systems in a warehouse environment
Inventory control
Strong administration and communication skills – verbal, written and numeracy
Sound judgement, decision making and problem solving skills
Punctuality and reliability
Ability to maintain cleanliness of working environment and equipment
Be physically fit as non-repetitive individual lifting (up to 30Kg), bending and/or twisting is required
Control processes affecting warehouse and personnel related costs
Licences Required:
Valid Car Licence
Valid 'LF' Forklift Licence
