About the role
As our Automotive Electrician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and reinstating vehicle electrical systems following accident damage.
Key responsibilities
Diagnosing and repairing automotive electrical faults
Removing and refitting electrical components during the repair process
Reinstating wiring, sensors, lighting, safety systems and electronic components
Carrying out pre- and post-repair electrical checks
Using diagnostic scan tools to identify faults
Working closely with panel beaters, spray painters and estimators to ensure vehicles are repaired correctly
Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
About you
Relevant Automotive Electrical qualification and experience
Previous experience in smash repair/body repair is highly regarded
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Experience with contemporary vehicle electrical and electronic systems
A good eye for detail and pride in quality workmanship
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
A reliable, positive and professional attitude




A current Australian driver's licence
