You'll partner with our operational leaders to drive performance, develop great teams and ensure every venue is operating at its very best.Based in Melbourne, this role will require regular travel across Victoria and interstate.Your Game Plan:As our Area Manager, you'll be the driving force behind operational excellence, team performance and business growth.
Working closely with Venue Managers and Franchise Partners, you'll provide hands-on coaching, identify opportunities for improvement and ensure our venues consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences and commercial results.Your responsibilities include:Drive financial performance and help venues achieve key business targetsCoach, mentor and develop Venue Managers and leadership teamsEnsure brand standards,



operational procedures and audit compliance are maintainedProvide operational support and strategic guidance across multiple venuesSupport new venue openings and operational transitionsMaximise the use of business systems and reporting tools to improve performanceIdentify opportunities to increase sales, profitability and operational efficiencyWhat you'll Bring:Minimum 3-5 years' experience as an Area Manager/Business Development Manager role in Hospitality, (preferably in restaurants or pubs).
