Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Junior Accountant to join our team based at our Intermodal Site.

About the Role
Reporting to the Financial Accountant, you will assist with the day-to-day accounting and finance functions of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Preparing and issuing invoices
Completing bank and account reconciliations
Assisting with month-end reporting
Maintaining accurate financial records
Processing employee expense claims
Assisting with payroll and statutory reporting, where required
Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities
Responding to finance-related enquiries
Providing general administrative support to the finance team
About You
We are looking for a skilled who takes pride in producing quality work and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
You should have a strong safety focus, excellent attention to detail and are committed to delivering outstanding results every time.




Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
A degree or relevant qualification in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
Up to 2 years of accounting experience, although recent graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Valuable numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with Xero, Approval Max, or other accounting software is desirable
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Salary: $78,****** per annum
