Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across owned, paid and earned channelsTrack daily performance (enquiries, bookings, conversion) and optimise activity for ROIManage budgets, forecasting, and campaign funding against targetsWork with internal teams, suppliers, partners, and tourism bodiesSupport stakeholder management and stepping in for Marketing Leader when requiredWhat you'll bring6+ years' experience in marketing (travel/tourism highly regarded)Experience working with and delivering campaigns and measurable results for Tourism partners highly regardedStrong budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking skillsExperience managing and executing events, roadshows and activations highly regardedAbility to be proactive, work with autonomy, and comfortable challenging the status quoProficient in Microsoft Office; experience with META, PowerBI,
