What We Expect of You
You care about the outcomes of the people you support, not just the pay You give full effort each shift, communicate clearly, and show up reliably You are comfortable providing varied supports across varied settings and clients You have experience in, or are willing to learn, bowel care, mealtime management, enteral feeding, and complex manual handling

Required of You
NDIS Worker Screening Check Working With Children Check Driver licence (minimum Provisional) and comprehensively insured vehicle First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)
