This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for everything from month-end close and consolidations to statutory reporting, audit, tax, treasury and financial controls.We're looking for someone who thrives in a hands‐on workplace and embraces technology.

You'll be empowered to automate processes, improve reporting quality, strengthen controls and help shape the future of finance within a rapidly growing global business.Working closely with the CFO, you'll lead a high‐performing finance team while partnering with senior leaders across the organisation to deliver accurate, timely financial insights that support strategic decision‐making.Responsibilities:Own the end‐to‐end month‐end, quarter‐end and year‐end close across multiple international entitiesLead group consolidations,



multi‐currency reporting and Board‐level financial reportingDrive continuous improvement through AI, automation and process optimisationEnsure the integrity of the Group balance sheet, including inventory, intercompany and complex accounting areasLead all external audits and manage relationships with Big 4 auditors across multiple jurisdictionsOversee global tax compliance, statutory reporting and transfer pricingManage treasury, cash flow forecasting, banking relationships and lender reportingPartner with commercial leaders to provide meaningful financial insights and support budgeting processesStrengthen financial controls, governance and risk management as the business continues to scaleLead, coach and develop a high‐performing finance team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvementAbout you:CA / CPA qualified with significant post‐qualification experience, Big 4 trainedProven group controllership experience in a multi‐entity, multi‐currency international groupDeep, current technical strength in consolidation, inventory, intercompany and acquisition accountingStrong understanding of an FMCG business,



particularly inventory and trade spendDemonstrated ownership of a statutory audit as the principal point of contact for a Big 4 firmBroad statutory compliance experience across multiple tax regimesAI‐first and solutions‐oriented: hands‐on, comfortable in the detail, and instinctively looking for the automated answer rather than the manual oneStrong people leadership skills, with a track record of developing senior accountantsExcellent presentation and communication skills, including to Board and investor audiencesThe pace, resilience and judgement to operate in a fast‐growing, high‐performing teamHighly Preferred:FMCG, consumer goods or e‐commerce backgroundExposure to transaction diligence, IPO readiness and/or QoE processesAbout EHPlabs:At EHPlabs we are about leading health and fitness through our ethos of 'we rise by lifting others'.
