Opening hours of the Practices are 8.00 am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, and Saturday 8:30am to 12:30pm.Your responsibilitiesPatient management; greeting and welcoming patients, answering phone enquiries, making, and confirming appointments; checking, processing, and managing customer accounts; and assisting callers with general enquiriesMaintenance of the Best Practice patient databaseProcessing and receipting payments using TYRO, DVA, Workcover and Medicare billingGeneral housekeeping and upkeep of reception area and Doctors consulting roomsAbout youYou are an experienced Medical Receptionist that can work autonomously and efficiently.




You are motivated and enthusiastic, and enjoy being a part of a fun and dynamic team.Skills & Experience:Minimum 12 months experience as a medical receptionist (ideal)Experience with Best Practice software (preferred)Familiar with processing and receipting payments using TYRO, DVA, Workcover and Medicare billingComprehension of and dedication to patient confidentialityExceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skillsReliable and punctualWhy us?
