We also want to ensure their therapists feel satisfied and motivated to come to work every day.Our team is a beautiful group of like-minded individuals working together to fulfill the same mission; to empower people to reach their personal goals.The RoleLocation: All C2C Service locations around AustraliaSalary: Banding $79,499 to $96,400 + SuperOccupations: Positions available for Occupational therapists, Speech Pathologists and PsychologistsAs an Allied Health professional at Connect2Care, you will be joining a multidisciplinary team.
You will provide evidence-based services to people through multiple service delivery models, including telehealth, community visits and centre-based services.
Referrals may come through the NDIS, Medicare or privately.
It is a mobile role, with the option to work from home or our hubs when not seeing clients.
The role will involve the following:Assessing and providing interventions for children & adults living with a range of disabilitiesWorking within the NDIS to maximise clients' level of function,
capacity & social engagementAssisting clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations and applications (in relevant fields)Timely documentation & report writingManaging a wide-ranging caseloadMeeting company professional expectations (e.g. meeting billables & effective client management)Attending meetings, supervision & personal development (as required)Building relationships with key stakeholders, including therapists, clients, & referral sourcesWorking across leading software platforms & online toolsWhat you can expect:Comprehensive induction weekWeekly 1:1 supervision with your supervisorCore competency skills training sessionsFortnightly group mentoring sessionsMental health drop in sessionsInternal PD sessionsShadowing opportunities with experienced cliniciansOpportunity to learn & be supported by senior clinicians within multidisciplinary teamsConnect2Care is fortunate to be surrounded by a wealth of knowledge, with each staff member bringing different and unique learning experiences to the company.

you will need to have or be able to obtain (eligible) the following:Relevant tertiary qualifications in related fieldDiscipline-specific professional registration (e.g. AHPRA/SPA)Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card)NDIS Worker Screening CheckPolice Check & International Police Check (only applicable to individuals who have lived overseas)Drivers licence & access to a reliable vehicleCar insuranceProfessional Indemnity & Public Liability insuranceWorking rights (must be willing to work with our immigration agency for overseas candidates needing a work visa)As part of your role, you will be working with children, people with disability, the elderly, and people who are vulnerable.
