Using only the freshest local produce, our restaurant is well known for its diverse and modern cuisine.As a Chef / Cook, your daily responsibilities will include:Assisting our team in maintaining an effective and proactive kitchen operation across both venuesEnsuring all meals are of high quality and are prepared on timeUtilising a variety of fresh, frozen, and prepared ingredients to prepare, cook, and present a range of dishes according to a seasonal menuPractising effective stock rotation and wastage minimisation proceduresAssisting with menu changes when requiredSuccessful Candidate:To be successful in the role,



you will possess the following:Previous experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchenAvailability to work any hospitality hoursAbility to work well under a high-pressure environmentBrilliant communication skills to all team membersApplicants should have formal qualifications and at least 1 years of relevant employment experience or, in the absence of formal qualifications, have at least 3 years of relevant employment experience.Benefits:The successful candidate will be provided with the following:Full-time salary between $65,000 - $100,000 + Superannuation depending on experienceSupportive Kitchen Team EnvironmentStaff Discounts
