We are seeking a highly organised Inspection Manager to conduct property inspections across our portfolio.
This role is ideal for a detail-driven professional with strong leadership skills and a solid background in property management, compliance, and condition reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and conduct routine property inspections
Develop and maintain inspection schedules to ensure compliance and consistency
Write and review inspection reports, photos, and documentation for accuracy and quality
Identify maintenance, safety, and compliance issues and liaise with Property Managers
Ensure inspections meet company standards and legal requirements
Qualifications
Knowledge of residential property standards, maintenance, and compliance
Excellent attention to detail and reporting skills
Ability to manage multiple inspections and deadlines
Proficiency with inspection and property management software
Valid driver's licence
CBS Property Management licence
Current police check
