About the role
Jabez Roofing is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as an
Apprenticeship – Cert III Roof Plumbing
in Mundijong , WA.
This is a full-time apprenticeship position that offers an excellent opportunity to learn a skilled trade whilst earning a wage.
As a roof plumbing apprentice, you will work alongside experienced tradespeople, gaining practical hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance and repair of roof plumbing systems.
This role is fundamental to our operations and will provide you with a solid foundation for a rewarding career in the plumbing and roofing industry.
Key responsibilities
Assisting qualified roof plumbers with the installation and repair of guttering, downpipes, flashings and other roof plumbing components
Learning and applying safe work practices and compliance with health and safety regulations on building sites
Preparing and maintaining tools and equipment to professional standards
Measuring, cutting and fitting roof plumbing materials accurately
Assisting with the diagnosis and rectification of roof plumbing faults and leaks
Attending formal training through a registered training provider as part of the Cert III qualification
Developing problem-solving skills and learning to work efficiently under supervision
Contributing to maintaining a clean and safe work environment on site
What we're looking for
Year 10 or equivalent education minimum
A genuine interest in pursuing a career in roof plumbing and the trades industry




Strong work ethic, reliability and punctuality
Ability to work safely and follow instructions from supervisors and qualified tradespeople
Good physical fitness and ability to work at heights
Basic mathematical and literacy skills
Willingness to learn and develop new skills on the job
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
Valid driver's licence is desirable
