About the Role

/n

As an Associate Agent, you'll support every stage of the sales process, from prospecting and campaign coordination through to buyer management, negotiations, and settlement. You'll gain hands-on experience while working closely with experienced professionals who are committed to helping you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Support senior sales agents in managing residential property campaigns from listing through to settlement.

/n

- Build and maintain solid relationships with buyers, vendors, and prospective clients through exceptional communication and service.

/n

- Conduct property appraisals, market research, and competitor analysis to support pricing and campaign strategies.

/n

- Coordinate and attend open homes, private inspections, auctions, and buyer appointments.

/n

- Proactively prospect for new business opportunities and maintain an active client database.

/n

- Assist with campaign administration,



marketing coordination, and ensuring a seamless client experience throughout the sales journey.

/n

- Deliver professional follow-up with buyers and vendors to maximise opportunities and achieve outstanding results.

About You

- Passionate about residential real estate and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

- Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail.

/n

- A confident communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

/n

- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve outstanding results.

/n

- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

/n

- Holds a current Australian Driver's Licence and has access to a reliable vehicle.

/n

- Previous real estate sales or Associate Agent experience is highly regarded but not complusary
