About the role

You'll be working across our vibrant dining venues, including New Town Thai and CHU Restaurant by China Doll.

/n

New Town Thai celebrates the rich colours,aromas and flavours of Thai cuisine in a stylish yet relaxedsetting.

/n

CHU Restaurant by China Doll delivers a refined Pan-Asian dining experience, combining modern techniques with Chinese, Japanese, Hong Kong and Southeast Asian flavours.

/n

As part of our kitchen team, you'll help deliver high-qualitydishes with consistency, care and pride.

/n

Our Perfect Fit

You're passionate about excellent food, confident in a busy kitchenand experienced in Thai and/or Asian cuisine. You enjoy working aspart of a team, take pride in your craft and can adapt across avariety of shifts.

/n

/n

- Proven experience in Thai and/or Asian cuisine

/n

- Wok experience and knowledge of traditional cookingtechniques

/n

- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume kitchen

/n

- Strong attention to detail and consistency

/n

- Great teamwork and communication skills

/n

- Availability across 7 days, including nights, weekends andpublic holidays

/n

- Full Australian working rights

/n

- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
