With continued growth organically and through acquisition a new position has been created for an experienced Client Services Officer / Associate Planner who is passionate about Financial Planning and seeking a progressive career path within the industry.

Reporting to the Practice Partner, your role will be aligned to the Senior Financial Planner, assisting in the development and delivery of technical and strategic financial advice for a diverse client portfolio ranging from retirees to high networth clients.
/n
Your key accountabilities will include:
/n
Attend client meetings, completing fact find information and file notes with accuracy.
/n
Research and assist in the development of appropriate technical and strategic advice.
/n
Review documentation from Paraplanning for presentation to the client.
/n
Be the first point of contact for clients, delivering solutions for client inquiries.
/n
Support aligned Adviser to assist in the growth of new business objectives.
/n
Facilitate the advice review process.
/n
Maintain accurate client information to meet compliance and reporting requirements.
/n
We are seeking a motivated individual with the following skills:
/n
Current experience within a similar position.
/n
Ability to prioritize workflow to achieve business and client outcomes.
/n
Have a detailed understanding of Investments, Superannuation & Retirement planning, and Risk.
/n
Ideally competent in using Xplan and Microsoft Office Suite.
/n
Strong communication skills, able to work well with other team members and clients.
/n
Robust attention to detail and analytical skills.
/n
Minimum close completion of Financial Planning Tertiary qualification.
/n
