Position Overview:

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and upholding the brand's image and standards. You will assist in leading a team of passionate associates, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and KPIs by providing leadership and guidance to the sales team.

/n

Assist in recruiting, training, and developing associates to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards.

/n

Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to drive traffic, maximise sales, and optimise profitability.

/n





Ensure the store's visual merchandising standards align with GUESS's aesthetic and showcase our products effectively.

/n

Oversee inventory management processes, including stock replenishment, transfers, and regular audits.

/n

Assist in managing operational aspects such as scheduling, payroll, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

/n

Foster a positive and inclusive work workplace, resolving any team conflicts or issues effectively.

/n

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

About you

/n

Previous retail management experience, preferably in fashion or apparel, with a proven track record of success.

/n

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.

/n

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

/n

A passion for fashion and a keen understanding of current trends and consumer preferences.

/n

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
