Job Description
Bayside Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist Grade 2 Year 1–4 to join the At Home Subacute team in Rosebud. The role involves delivering evidence‐based occupational therapy in patients' homes and community settings, within a multidisciplinary team, across rehabilitation, geriatric evaluation, neurological, orthopaedic and palliative care streams.
