Job Description

Gre8 Capable Me in Dandenong is seeking a Youth Mentor to join our School Leaver Employment Support (SLES) program, 2-3 days per week (casual). You will empower young people with disabilities by delivering engaging SLES activities, fostering independence and employment readiness.

You will support life skills such as transport, community participation, and voluntary work placements, while building solid community connections and collaborating with a supportive team.
