Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and passionate team member to join our retail pet supplies store in Dandenong. This role is Casual or Part-time including weekdays and Saturday.

You will be responsible for delivering great customer service, recommending products, maintaining store presentation, and supporting daily retail operations across our store.

/n

If you love working with people and have retail experience we'd love to hear from you! Hands-on experience in a pet store environment is a plus, but not required. Retail / customer service experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

/n

- Greet customers and provide valuable customer service

/n

- Assisting customers with pet care and product recommendations

/n

- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising standards

/n

- Restock shelves, unpack deliveries, and rotate stock





/n

- Supporting day-to-day store operations

/n/n

About you

/n

/n

- Great customer service and communication skills

/n

- Responsible, Reliable, hardworking and able to work in a team

/n

- Physically capable of lifting bags up to 25kg

/n

- Proactive, warm and approachable

/n

- Retail or customer service experience is highly regarded (particularly experience in a Pet Supplies Store)
