Physiotherapist (Part-Time) | Structured Mentoring + Specialty Exposure

At Essendon Physio Group, we're looking for an early-career physiotherapist who wants more than just a full caseload, someone motivated to become a confident, highly skilled clinician within a supportive and structured environment.

In this role, you will:

/n

/n

- Work closely with senior and principal physiotherapists

/n

- Participate in regular case conferencing and clinical discussions

/n

- Access dual consults and hands-on support

/n

- Be guided to manage more complex presentations over time

/n/n

You will also gain exposure to specialty areas including:

/n

/n

- Dizziness and balance

/n

- Jaw (TMJ) physiotherapy

/n

- Respiratory physiotherapy

/n

- Rehabilitation and chronic condition management

/n/n

You won't be left to figure things out alone, but you also won't be held back if you're ready to grow.

The opportunity

You'll be supported to:

/n

/n

- Build and manage your own physiotherapy caseload

/n

- Develop solid clinical reasoning and decision-making skills

/n





- Work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team

/n

- Progress beyond standard musculoskeletal care into more specialised and complex work

/n/n

About you

/n

We're looking for someone who:

/n

/n

- Is early in their physiotherapy career (new grads welcome)

/n

- Is motivated to become a high-quality clinician

/n

- Is proactive, engaged, and open to feedback

/n

- Communicates well and values teamwork

/n

- Is looking for a role with long-term development, not just short‐term experience

/n

- Holds either a Bachelor's or Master's degree in physiotherapy

/n

- Must hold current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist at the time of application (please note, visa sponsorship is not available).
