What You'll Be Doing

As one of our Founding Casual Sales Associates, you are the heart and soul of the shop floor. You aren't just selling gear; you're sharing the Ringers Western story with every customer who walks through the doors.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Brand Ambassadorship: Living the lifestyle and being the warm, welcoming face of Ringers Western.

/n

- Product Expertise: Helping customers find the perfect gear and telling the story behind what we make.

/n

- Creating the Vibe: Owning the store energy to deliver an authentic, high-energy, and memorable customer experience.

/n

- Keeping it Sharp: Taking pride in store presentation, visual merchandising, and stockroom operations so the store always looks its best.

About You
