We're a high-end executive search and retained recruitment firm specialising in coaching and specialty sales talent for the Mining, Water, and Oil & Gas sectors. We're looking for a driven, people-focused Recruiter to join us part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance.

/n

This role is perfect for a student, a parent returning to the workforce, or anyone looking for adaptable, high-impact remote work with real career progression.

What you'll be doing

/n

/n

- Understanding the job brief from the client and translating it into a clear search strategy

/n

- Working with the resourcing team to search for and reach out to talent via our CRM, internal databases, and Linked In

/n

- Cold outreach by phone — turning cold introductions warm through genuine, confident conversation

/n

- Setting appointments for our CEO and senior leadership team

/n

- Writing compelling job adverts that attract top talent

/n

- Calling candidates and selling the opportunity — transferring energy and certainty to talent in a highly competitive market

/n





- Marketing our services directly to prospective clients

/n

- Supporting candidates and clients through every stage of the recruitment process

/n

- Using AI tools to work smarter and faster

/n

- Working to KPIs and hitting your targets

/n/n

Compensation

/n

/n

- Part time, hourly rate + bonuses paid on placements

/n

- Base: approx. $35,000–$45,000 p.a. + bonuses

/n

- OTE: approx. $100,000

/n/n
