Housekeeper – Private Coastal Residence

About the Role

Must have background in superyacht or private estate cleaning experience and be a proactive Housekeeper / Cleaner to oversee the property. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and takes genuine pride in their work.

This is not your average cleaning role — it requires a resilient, self-motivated professional who understands the demands of supporting a busy entrepreneur and their family. The right candidate will have a strong work ethic, be highly reliable and be able to work efficiently in a high-standard environment.

Housekeeping & Laundry

/n

/n

- Perform a full daily clean of the residence in accordance with detailed checklists

/n

- Make and maintain all beds to a high standard

/n

- Manage all household laundry, including washing, folding, ironing and sorting dry cleaning

/n/n

Grocery Shopping & Stock Control

/n

/n

- Maintain household inventory, ensuring all essential items are consistently stocked

/n

- Undertake regular grocery shopping and restocking as required

/n/n

Travel Preparation

/n

/n

- Prepare and pack for travel using detailed checklists

/n

- Ensure all items are organised appropriately for various destinations and durations

/n/n

Outdoor Maintenance

/n

/n

- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of front and back decks

/n

- Manage household bins, including collection and upkeep

/n/n





Coordination & Communication

/n

/n

- Work closely with the Owner's Personal Assistant

/n

- Act as the key in office contact to ensure seamless day-to-day household operations

/n/n

About You

/n

/n

- Experienced: History in private estates and/or superyachts

/n

- Autonomous: Able to follow checklists and work independently without supervision.

/n

- Organised & Efficient: A natural systems thinker who loves structure, order, and attention to detail.

/n

- Resilient & Adaptable: Calm under pressure, open to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement.

/n

- Trustworthy & Discreet: Police Check and Blue Card (or willingness to obtain) required.

/n

- Physically Fit: Capable of lifting groceries, laundry baskets, and performing active tasks throughout the day.

/n

- Driver's Licence & Vehicle: Required for getting to and from the property, errands and occasional off-site tasks.

/n/n

What We Offer

- High hourly rate of $65/hr (Must have a ABN) – reflecting the quality and trust expected in the role

- A clear system with run runs and routines to support your success

/n

- 3- days per week- Mon, Wed, Friday 8am to 2/3pm
