An established and growing medium-sized signage company is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our workshop and production team

We've managed the strategy, design, manufacturing and installation for hospitals, universities, aged care facilities, schools, museums, clubs, hotels, shopping centres, military installations and more.

ASSA was founded in Brisbane, QLD in 1997 and has grown into a thriving company with over 40 team members across our Brisbane office, factory and network of remote workers.

THE ROLE: Production Manager

/n

You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our production floor, delivering high-quality signage on time and within budget.

/n

Key Responsibilities:

/n

/n

- Manage production scheduling, workflow, and team performance

/n

- Oversee fabrication of vinyl graphics, illuminated signs and custom signage

/n





- Maintain exceptional quality standards and troubleshoot production issues

/n

- Coordinate with sales and design teams to ensure accurate project delivery

/n

- Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and workshop safety

/n

- Drive efficiency and continuous improvement in all production processes

/n/n

WHO YOU ARE

/n

/n

- Proven experience as a Production Manager or Workshop Manager in signage, printing, or manufacturing

/n

- Strong technical knowledge of large-format printing, CNC, and signage fabrication

/n

- Excellent leadership and people management skills

/n

- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

/n

- Hands-on approach and solid problem-solving skills

/n/n

REMUNERATION and BENEFITS –

/n

/n

- Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 + Super (based on experience)

/n

- Company Vehicle

/n

- Backed by a highly skilled project management team

/n

- Working hours 6:30am to 3:00pm Monday to Thursday, early knock off 6:30am to 12:30pm Fridays
