This is a varied role combining retail, customer service, digital content and general workshop assistance.

The role may include

/n

/n

- Retail sales and customer service

/n

- Assisting customers with bikes, accessories and equipment

/n

- Social media and website updates

/n

- Creating and maintaining online product listings

/n

- General workshop assistance

/n

- Receiving and organising stock

/n





- Helping keep the store organised and running smoothly

/n/n

About you

/n

/n

- Valuable bike knowledge

/n

- General bicycle workshop skills

/n

- Strong customer service and communication skills

/n

- Confidence using computers and social media

/n

- A positive attitude and willingness to help across the business

/n

- Good organisation and attention to detail

/n/n

Previous bike shop or retail experience would be an advantage, but the right attitude, bike knowledge and willingness to learn are most important.

/n

Weekend availability is required.

/n
