The opportunity

Rosmech Sales and Service Pty Ltd, a leading provider of automotive services, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Trades Assistant to join our dynamic team in Salisbury Plain, South Australia. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in supporting our experienced tradespeople and ensuring the productive operation of our workshop while adding to your automotive experience.

Key responsibilities include:

- Performing basic mechanical work
/n
- Assisting tradespeople with a variety of tasks,
including vehicle maintenance
/n
- Providing excellent customer service
/n
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
/n
- Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental guidelines
/n
- Receiving ongoing training and development to expand your skills and knowledge
/n
What we're looking for:
/n
- Some previous experience in an automotive or trades-related role, with a strong interest in the industry
/n
- A keen attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
/n
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both colleagues and customers
/n
- A commitment to safety and a willingness to learn and develop new skills
/n
- A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transportation
/n
- Willingness to have a medical assessment, including Drug & Alcohol test
