- Full-time, remote and flexible - no clock-watching, just results

- Lead "Defining Sufficient" sessions - diving deep into what matters before creating a Money Action Plan (MAP)

What You'll Need to Bring

- Experience: up to 3 years post Professional Year as a Financial Adviser. We are also keen to chat if you are currently completing or have recently finished your PY.

/n

- Education: Approved financial planning degree and FASEA ready.

/n

- Emotional Intelligence: You are energized by client conversations and can lead people through "Beyond Sufficient" moments.

/n

- Autonomy: A self-starter with a proven track record of productive WFH life.

/n

- Mindset: A "Learn. Grow. Repeat." attitude. You want to share your knowledge and help the team rise with you.

- Clean Record: Strong compliance history and attention to detail.
