We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a high-performing,
supportive and collaborative team on a 12-month contract.

This is a fantastic prospect for a Business Analyst who enjoys working at the
intersection of people, processes and technology, helping a business improve the way it operates through effective systems and process solutions.

Working across a SAP SuccessFactors environment, you’ll partner closely with
People Systems, Payroll, HR and business stakeholders to understand their needs, identify opportunities for improvement and translate business and legislative requirements into practical technology solutions.

About the Role:

- Provide specialist advice on HR and payroll system processes, configuration and compliance requirements.
- Partner with People Systems, Payroll and business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Translate business and legislative requirements into practical system solutions and support enhancements, upgrades and integrations.
- Coordinate testing activities,



including SIT and UAT, to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Investigate system and process issues, working with technical and business teams to develop effective solutions.

About You

You’re a systems-focused Business Analyst who enjoys solving problems,
understanding how things work and finding better ways of doing things.

- Experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or Functional Analyst.
- Strong requirements gathering, process analysis and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience with SIT and UAT.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience across HR, Payroll or enterprise systems.
- SAP SuccessFactors experience is advantageous, but not essential.
