We’re on the hunt for a resilient and people-focused Site Operations Manager to lead operations at one of our most complex and a high-performing customer site in Fairfield NSW. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a challenging environment, understands the fast-paced nature of transport operations and can influence outcomes across a large, unionised workforce.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven background in transport or 3PL operations
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Site Operations manager or a strong Supervisor ready to step up.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, manage tough conversations and influence outcomes.
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L; and cost management experience.
- Understanding of Dangerous Goods handling and safety compliance.
- Proficient in Excel, Teams and general reporting systems (Chronos experience preferred).
