Blue Yonder WMS Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Blue Yonder WMS Analyst to play a key role in the implementation and ongoing optimisation of a Warehouse Management System.
Acting as a link between Warehouse Operations, IT and external partners, you will support the successful WMS transition before moving into BAU support and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the implementation, configuration and optimisation of Blue Yonder WMS.
- Conduct gap analysis between warehouse processes and WMS/ERP capabilities.
- Investigate and resolve WMS integration and interface issues.
- Develop and execute test scenarios, including system testing and UAT.
- Support warehouse processes across inventory, picking, packing, shipping and returns.
- Assist with WMS data migration and operational readiness.




- Monitor warehouse KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide ongoing system support and incident management.

About You

- Strong Blue Yonder WMS experience, including implementation and transition into BAU.
- Experience integrating Blue Yonder WMS with ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution processes.
- Experience with warehouse automation and process optimisation.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working across IT, operations and external vendors.
